Facebook has made some updates, now customers have the option to allow an app and change the information they share with you. For example they can decline sharing their email, location or date of birth.
In the case that your lead does not share their email, the form will require them to provide an email for you.
If your lead allows the app to accept the full settings, we'll propagate their Facebook verified information including their email, your lead will simply have to click continue and information is automatically captured in SRM and submitted to your autoresponder (if you set it up).
Overall this is a great improvement since the "friend's list" has been removed as a basic setting when allowing an app. This should improve conversion rates.
